The Examiner Andrew Ashcroft examined the Plan and provided the following comments against the Submission Version. The Neighbourhood Plan Group, Barrowden Parish Council and the Wakerley Parish Meeting all agreed to include all the Examiner’s recommendations for the Referendum version of the Plan
